How it works.
01Is it really free?
Yes. Habits, focus, widgets and all five Discipline pages are free, with no ads. Pro adds app blocking, your full history, advanced statistics and automatic backup.
02Does the app blocker kill the whole app?
No. It blocks only the part that eats your time — YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels — while messages, search and the rest keep working.
03Is it on iPhone?
Not yet. Make Yourself is on Android through Google Play, with a Windows app for your desk.
04Which watches work?
Garmin through Health Connect, plus Strava and sleep import. Workouts, sleep, heart rate, HRV and steps come in automatically.
02 — Pro and payments
What you pay for.
05How does the free trial work?
If Google Play offers you a trial, you pay nothing when it starts. The app reminds you two days before it ends. Cancel before the end and you are never charged. A trial is available once per Google account.
06How do I cancel Pro?
Any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
07Can I get a refund?
Payments are taken by Google Play, so refunds go through Google Play: open the order in your order history and choose “Request a refund”. We cannot see your payment details or refund outside Google Play. The full rules are in Terms & Refunds.
08What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing on your phone is deleted and the app goes back to the free plan. The cloud copy of your photos, videos and voice recordings is deleted three days after Pro ends; your written data stays in your account.
03 — Your data
Where it lives.
09Where is my data stored?
On your phone. If you sign in with Google, a private backup goes to your own account so you can restore it on a new phone.
10Do you sell or share my data?
No. Nothing is sold, rented, or shared with advertisers, and the app does not use an advertising ID. The only thing sent without an account is anonymous diagnostics: crash reports and basic usage statistics.
11How do I delete everything?
Settings → Account & Profile → Delete account removes your login and every document and file stored under your account. It cannot be undone. Uninstalling the app removes what is on the phone. Details in the Privacy Policy.
12I uninstalled without a backup. Can you bring it back?
No. Your data lives on your phone, and anything that was not backed up first is gone with the app. Back up before you uninstall.
