These are the rules for using the Make Yourself app. They are written to be read. By using the app you agree to them; if you do not agree, please do not use it.
Who you are dealing with: Danylo Kozak, the individual developer who makes and publishes Make Yourself ("we", "us").

The app
Make Yourself is a tool for tasks, focus, training, money and motivation. Most of it works without an account and without paying. Some features need you to sign in, and some are part of the paid plan, Pro. The paywall in the app lists what Pro adds.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app, and old enough in your country to agree to these terms and to buy a subscription, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.
Pro and Max: price, launch price and renewal
- Plans. Pro and Max are subscriptions, monthly or yearly, bought through Google Play. Max is Pro with three times the cloud room and dictation time (see section 6). You can move between them in the app at any time; Google Play counts the time you have already paid for towards the new plan, so you are not charged twice for the same days.
- Extra storage. +50 GB and +200 GB of cloud room are separate monthly subscriptions bought through Google Play. They count only while the account has Pro or Max, have no free trial and can be cancelled on their own.
- Price. The price you pay is the one Google Play shows you, in your own currency and including any taxes that apply, on its purchase screen before you confirm. If a price shown anywhere else differs from that screen, the purchase screen is the one that counts. There are no other fees.
- Free trial. Pro has no free trial. If Google Play offers a free trial on another plan, you pay nothing when it starts; when it ends the subscription begins and Google Play charges you, unless you cancelled before the end. A free trial is available once per Google account.
- Launch price (until 1 April 2027). Pro monthly bought during the launch period costs half the regular monthly price, and keeps that half price at every renewal for as long as the subscription runs without a break. A new customer pays a lower price for the first month (shown in Google Play, for example 8,99 zł or 1.99 USD), once per Google account. If you cancel and subscribe again after the launch period, the regular price applies. On a yearly plan the launch price covers the first year, on Max monthly the first six months; after that they renew at the regular price. Google Play shows every price before you confirm.
- Renewal. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown in Google Play, until you cancel it.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions), or from Settings → Account & Profile in the app, which opens that page for you. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
When you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that the app goes back to the free plan: nothing on your phone is deleted, and the cloud copy of your photos, videos and voice recordings is deleted three days after Pro ends.
Refunds
Payments are taken by Google Play, not by us, so refunds are handled by Google Play under its own refund policy. To ask for one, use "Report a problem" or "Request a refund" for the order in your Google Play order history, or Google Play's help pages. We cannot see your payment details and cannot issue a refund outside Google Play.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer law of your country, including any right to withdraw from a purchase.
Your content
Everything you put into the app - tasks, notes, recordings, photos, figures - is yours. If you sign in, you give us permission to store it and move it between your devices, for the single purpose of providing backup and sync to you. The Privacy Policy describes exactly what is stored and where.
Your data lives on your phone. Keeping a backup is your responsibility: data that was never backed up cannot be recovered after the app is uninstalled or its data is cleared.
Full Privacy Mode. With Full Privacy Mode on (Privacy Policy, section 3a), nothing you put into the app is sent to us: it stays on your device only. We do not receive, store, see or check it, and we are not responsible for it. You alone are responsible for that content and for making sure it is lawful - these terms and the law still apply to what you do with the app.
Fair use
Do not use the app to break the law, do not try to get around the paid plan or its limits, and do not attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service. Cloud features have limits (storage and dictation time) that exist so the service stays available to everyone. We may suspend an account that abuses the service.
Content that is not allowed in anything you upload to the cloud (backup, sync, chat media, profile picture): pornography or other sexual content, anything sexual involving minors, graphic violence, threats, content that sells or promotes illegal drugs or weapons, and anything else that is illegal. Uploaded files may be checked automatically (Privacy Policy, section 3.4), and a person decides what happens next. The usual order is a warning, then a final warning, then a ban, counted over 12 months. Sexual content involving minors, pornography, threats, selling drugs or weapons and getting around a ban lead to an immediate ban. A ban closes the account and also covers new accounts made on the same device (Privacy Policy, section 3.6). Content that appears illegal may be kept as evidence and passed to the authorities. Pro's cloud limits. With Pro your account may keep up to 25 GB of photos, videos and voice recordings in the cloud and send up to 3 GB a day (an allowance you do not use adds up). Cloud dictation is limited to 30 minutes a day and 180 minutes a month. The app shows what you have used in Data & Backup and warns you when the cloud is 80% full.
Max's limits are three times Pro's: 75 GB kept in the cloud, 9 GB a day, and 90 minutes of cloud dictation a day and 540 a month. Each extra-storage add-on adds its size (50 GB or 200 GB) to what the account may keep.
If you keep more than your plan holds. If your account holds more in the cloud than your current plan allows - for example after moving to a smaller plan - new files stop being uploaded and you have 30 days to remove files or return to the larger plan. After 30 days the oldest cloud files over the limit are deleted, oldest first, until the account fits. Only the cloud copies are deleted; the files on your devices stay.
The free plan has its own limits. Without Pro the app keeps the last 7 days in its charts and holds up to 40 tasks, 40 books, 10 idea pages (4 pinned) and 8 focus modes. Apps blocking, Evolve, Your History, Focus statistics, the Pro look and cloud dictation are part of Pro. Files synced or backed up without Pro are limited to 10 MB for a photo or a voice recording, 40 MB for a video and 1 GB in total, and automatic backup runs once a day with text only. A free trial counts as Pro in the app, but files sent to the cloud during it follow the free limits. If an account without Pro is not opened on any device for 30 days, the cloud copy of its photos, videos and voice recordings is deleted; the files on your devices and your written data are not. We may switch free automatic backup to manual if the cost of running the service requires it.
What the app is not
- Not medical advice. Training, sleep, heart-rate, calorie and weight figures are shown for your own information. They are not a diagnosis or a treatment plan. Talk to a doctor before changing your training or diet, especially if you have a health condition.
- Not financial advice. The money pages show the figures you type in. They are a notebook, not advice.
- Blocking is a help, not a guarantee. App and site blocking depends on Android and on the apps being blocked, both of which change. It can miss things, and it stops working if you switch its permission off.
- Quotes are shown for motivation and are attributed as accurately as we can; they do not mean the people quoted endorse the app.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the app running and improving, but it is provided "as is": we do not promise it will be free of faults or always available. Features may be added, changed or removed. If a paid feature you rely on is removed, cancel and ask Google Play for a refund as described above.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for data lost because it was not backed up, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer.
Ending
You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account in Settings → Account & Profile. We may end or suspend access for someone who seriously breaks these terms.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top changes, and the current version is the one shown in the app and published with it.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the developer lives. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
